Welcome to our website. We specialize in finding second homes for our clients whether it be on the beach, downtown Sarasota, or in a gated golf community. We are located on Longboat Key, one of the most pristine and beautifully kept resort areas in the state of Florida - the Gulf of Mexico is on one side of the Key and Sarasota Bay is on the other. In between are beautiful condos and exquisite single family homes, all within walking distance to the beach.
Not more than 15 minutes away, however, is the lovely city of Sarasota, home to the Sarasota Ballet, Sarasota Opera, and the Florida Symphony, as well as many live theater companies. Many northern city dwellers prefer the ambiance of the downtown area where you can walk to great restaurants, theaters, shops and gourmet markets. Beach and boating are only minutes away.
